D-二聚体在肝胆疾病中的临床应用

D-二聚体 (D- dimer)是交联纤维蛋白降解后形成 r′- r′链的纤维蛋白特异性降解产物 ,为纤维蛋白降解产物中的最小片段 [1 ]。通过用单克隆胶乳凝集法测定 D-二聚体 ,对 10 6例肝胆疾病患者进行检测。发现各种肝胆疾病有不同程度的变化 ,其变化程度与病情轻重有关。能进一步了解各种肝病病情中纤维溶解的情况 ,有助于早期的诊断和治疗

Clinical Application of D-dimer to Liver and Gall Diseases

D-dimer is a specific degradation product of fibrous protein of the r′-r′chain formed after the degradation of cross-link fibrous protein. It is the smallest fragment of the degradation product of fibrous protein. In this study, D-dimer was determined by using monoclonal latex agglutination tests for examinations of 106 cases of liver and gall diseases. The findings showed that D-dimer values varied with the severity of the liver and gall diseases. Application of D-dimer made it possible a further understanding of the fibrinolysis in the course of various liver and gall diseases, thus helping the early diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
