摘    要:
目的探讨早期气管插管与心脏电击除颤时机选择对心肺脑复苏(CPCR)的影响。方法选122例心脏骤停病人,分成早期气管插管与心脏电击除颤选择顺序复苏组(A组,60例),与常规复苏组(B组,62例),对两组复苏成功率进行回顾性分析。结果选择顺序复苏A组成功率为51.6%,常规复苏B组成功率为17.7%,(P<0.05)。结论早期气管插管与心脏电击除颤随不同的病因而作出顺序选择复苏,能比常规复苏组成功率提高。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of trachea cannula in earlier period stage and electric shock defibrillation to cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation(CPCR).Methods One hundred and twety-two patients with cardiac arrest were divided into selecting sequence anabiosis group(A group,60 cases who underwent trachea cannula in earlier period stage and electric shock defibrillation)and convention anabiosis group(B group,62 cases who underwent convention anabiosis),to retrospectively analyse achievement ratio of the two groups.Results The achievement ratio of selecting sequence anabiosis group was 51.6% and the achievement ratio of convention anabiosis group was 17.7%,(P<0.05).Conclusion Trachea cannula in earlier period stage and electric shock defibrillation to cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation has higher achievement ratio.
