关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗骨性膝关节炎的疗效观察和护理体会

目的 探讨关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗骨性膝关节炎的疗效及护理.方法 回顾性分析60例(64膝)接受关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗的骨性膝关节炎患者的疗效和护理经过.结果 60例(64膝)患者术后平均4d疼痛明显减轻或消失.显效25例28膝,占41.67%;有效32例33膝,占53.33%;总有效率95.00%.随访6～12月,无不良反应及并发症.结论 关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射透明质酸钠治疗骨性膝关节炎疗效满意.做好手术前后的护理,指导患者进行膝关节康复锻炼,对减轻患者的疼痛、提高疗效具有重要的意义.

Therapeutic effect observation and nursing experience of treating knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluronate

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and nursing of treating knee osteoatthritis with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluronate. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the therapeutic effect and nursing of 60 cases (64 knee) knee osteoarthritis patients who treated with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluxonate. Results The pain of 60 cases (64 knee) patients significantly reduce or disappear with an average 4 days. Obvious effective 25 cases of 28 knee, occupy 41.67% :effective 32 cases of 33 knee, occupy 53. 33% :total efficiency 95. 00%. Follow-up for 6 to 12 months, no bad reactions and complications. Condusion The therapeutic effect of treating knee osteoathritis with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluronate is prefera-ble. Good preoperative care and postoperative nursing and the instruction aimed at rehabilitation exercises are sig-nificant for the patients to alleviate the ache and increase the therapeutic effect.
