| 摘 要： | 目的分析非特异性下腰痛患者与正常者腰肌表面肌电信号的差异。方法对非特异性下腰痛患者和正常对照者进行半桥动作、单侧足支撑半桥动作时腰肌的活动进行肌电信号的分析比较。结果非特异性下腰痛患者组双侧多裂肌在实施实验动作时的表面肌电时阈指标存在统计学差异,而对照组双侧多裂肌在实施实验动作时的表面肌电时阈指标不存在统计学差异。结论非特异性下腰痛患者双侧多裂肌收缩失平衡。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the differences of surface electronic signals between non - specific low back pain patients and healthy a- dults. Methods Subjects were divided into group of non - specific low back pain patients and group of healthy adults, after which we measured and recorded surface electromyegraphy （sEMG） signals of both sides＇lumbar muscles when the subjects practicing respectively the test of demi - bridge and test of demi - bridge supported by a single leg （ pain side and pain free side respectively）. Results A significant difference of the time - domain index of surface electronic signals was found between both sides multifidus in non - specific low back patients, while no significant difference was found in the healthy adults. Conclusion Multifidus in low back pain patients on both sides were in a loss of equilibrium. |
