蝶骨电极对常规脑电图基本正常的儿童癫痫的诊断价值

目的：探讨蝶骨电极对儿童癫痫的诊断价值。方法：对33例常规脑电图（EEG）正常或无特异性改变的患儿进行了蝶骨电极加过度换气试验（HV）描记后出现病样放电的病例进行分析。结果：全部病例均为蝶骨电极阳性。单纯蝶骨电极阳性20例占60．60％。蝶骨电极加HV阳性13例占39．39％。结论：蝶骨电极可提高儿童癫痫痫样放电检出率，尤其对复杂部分性发作癫痫的儿童可作为常规检查项目。

THE DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF SPHENOIDAL ELECTRODES IN CHILD EPILEPSY WHO WITH BASICALLY NORMAL ROUTINE EEG

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of sphenoidal electrodes in child epilepsy. Methods: Sphenoidal electrodes and HV were done and the epileptiform discharges recording were analysed in 33 children who with normal or non-specific change EEG. Result: All the cases showed that sphenoidal electrodes were positive. 20 cases of them (60.60%) only showed that sphenoidal electrodes were positive, and 13 cases (39.39%) showed that both sphenoidal electrodes and HV were positive. Conclusions: sphenoidal electrodes can increase the diagnosis rate of child epileptiform discharges, especially for conplex partial seizure and the way suggest to be a routine item for it.
