静脉输液中常见差错及对策

目的分析静脉输液中常见差错原因并提出对策。探讨使用醒目标示后静脉输液中差错减少率。方法采取回顾性调查,统计我院近两年来全院护理差错并分析原因。结果2年内护理差错40例,静脉输液中差错25例,静脉输液中差错占护理差错62.5%。从管理、护士、病人等方面分析原因,并针对原因制定对策。结论通过改变服务观念、优化输液护理服务流程、加强醒目标示,提高护理服务质量。减少了差错。

The Problems and Countermeasures in Intravenous Infusion
