唐山市1762名7-12岁小学生营养及体质状况调查

目的调查7-12岁小学生营养及健康状况,以分析其相关影响因素,为增强学生的体质健康提出合理化建议。方法从唐山市两所小学(一所市区小学、一所乡村小学)抽取1762名小学生(7-12岁)进行关于营养问卷调查和体格检查(包括身高、体重、视力、握力、肺活量)。结论小学生对早餐不够重视,城市学生和乡村学生膳食中个别营养素如:钙、铁、VA、VB1、VB2、蛋白质、锌的摄入量不足,小学生中仍存在一定比率的肥胖、视力低下儿童。建议进一步加强学生健康教育,特别是营养健康教育,落实各项体育措施,加强学生常见病防治工作。
