医学院校教师职业道德的构建

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是大学生健康成长的引路人。高校教师职业道德水平的高低，直接影响对人才的培养。对于新型经济利益关系中出现的一些道德失衡现象，应加强思想道德建设，构建具有中国特色的高校教师职业道德体系；提倡为人师表。培养教师道德修养“自律观”；强化道德自律，发挥道德的他律作用。

Construction of Teachers' Professional Ethics in Medical Colleges and Universities

Teacher is called as the engineer of human souls, and the guide for college students＇ growth, medieal teachers＇level of professional ethics has a direct impact on the quality of medical talents. To cope with the moral imbalance in the new economic interests, ideological and moral eonstruetion should be strengthened and a Chinese characterized system of teachers＇ professional ethics constructed. Teachers should be promote their function of role modeling, and euhivate their morality of ＂ self diseipline＂. Autonomie moral self - discipline should be strengthened, while the heteronomous role of morality further developed.
