| 摘 要： | 随着新医改方案的颁发和实施,城乡社区卫生服务机构信息化建设的重要性和迫切性日益突出.区县卫生局经费有限,要为区域内基层医疗机构建立一套功能完整的信息管理系统,选择集中平台HIS系统是一项比较理想的解决方案.＂国家数字卫生＂示范区浙江玉环等地在基层医疗机构中探索应用集中平台HIS系统,积累了有益的经验,并取得了比较理想的成效,特别是为基层医疗机构全面实施基本药物制度提供了有效的技术支撑. |

| Abstract: | With the new medical reform plan is issued and implemented, the importance and urgency of the information construction of the urban and rural community health service organization become increasingly prominent. Because of the limited budget of the County health bureau, to establish a set of full-featured information management system for the basic unit Medical institutions in the region, choose the centralized platform HIS system is a quite ideal solution. ＂National Digital Health~ Demonstration Zone Yuhuan, Zhejiang and other places have accumulated valuable experience in the application and exploring centralized platform for HIS system in the basic unit Medical institutions and also achieved more satisfactory results, especially provided the most effective technical support for the basic unit Medical institutions on carrying out the basic drug system. |
