护理人员对预防难免压疮的质性研究

目的了解护理人员对预防难免压疮患者时的真实感受和采取的应对方法，探讨管理措施，减轻护士压力，避免压疮的发生。方法应用质性研究中的现象学研究法，对我院80名护理人员分组进行访谈。结果对资料分析、分类整理，归纳4个结构概念：心理压力过大；家属和患者不协作；渴望结合实际制定标准；人力资源缺乏。结论加强对压疮的认识，对难免压疮制定标准；评估危险因素，提高预防意识；合理调配护理人员，增加护理设备；加强护患沟通。

Qualitative research on prevention of inevitable pressure sore

Objective To explore the nurses' real feeling of nursing on inevitable pressure sore and provide measures to cope with the negative emotion. Methods In this qualitative research, a total of 80 nursing staff were divided into 8 groups averagely and were interviewed. The nurses grouping discussed their ideas and experience of coping and nursing on inevitable pressure sore. Results After analyzing the data, 4 main structural concepts were extracted. Those were overpressure, noncooperation of the patients and their family members with the nurses, providing the reasonable standards and inadequacy human resources. Conclusions To cope with the inevitable pressure sore, the measures including strengthening the preventive awareness and standard, evaluation of the risk factors and enhancing equipments and communication are very important.
