| 摘 要： | 目的观察三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法将300例乳腺增生患者随机分为3组,A组100例,单用三苯氧胺20mg/d治疗;B组100例,三苯氧胺10mg/d加中成药治疗;C组100例,单用中成药治疗。结果A、B、C组的总有效率分别为85%、92%、76%,A组有效率与B组比较,无显著性差异(χ2=4.209,P>0.05),A、B组与C组比较,有显著性差异(χ2=28.285,P<0.01)。结论三苯氧胺联合中成药治疗乳腺增生症疗效明显,且副作用轻,可在临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tamoxifen and Chinese traditional patent medicine on breast hyperplasia. Methods Three hundred cases were divided into three groups randomly, one hundred cases in each group. Group A was given tamoxifen 10 mg bid. Group B was given tamoxifen 10 mg qd and Chinese traditional patent medicine. Group C was given Chinese traditional medicine. Results The effective rates of group A, group B and group C were 85 96,92 96 and 76 96 respectively. Conclusion Group B is better than group A and C. |
