| 摘 要： | 目的：观察帕米膦酸钠（博宁）治疗骨转移癌引起疼痛的效果。方法：对30例确诊骨转移癌病人静脉滴注博宁90mg,4周重复,共6次。结果：止痛显效10例,有效14例,无效6例,有效率80％（24／30）。获效时间1－26d,73.3%患者在两周内获效。出现副作用有3例,注药后次日发热38－38．7℃。结论：博宁治疗骨转移癌引起的疼痛有良好的止痛效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Bonin to relive pain due to metastatic bone tumor.Methods:Bonin 90mg in 500ml 5% glucose or normal saline was given by in infusion The treatment was repeated at 4 week intervals.Resuts:comeplete relief of pain was observed in 10 patients,partial relief in 14 patients The treatment was of no effect in 6 patients The therapeutic effect was achieved in 73.3% of the patients with in 2 weeks Conclusion:Bonin is a good pain reliever in patients with metastatic cancer of the bone. |
