老年人早期胃癌内镜下治疗的临床分析

目的 分析老年早期胃癌内镜治疗临床疗效。方法 对10例未行手术治疗的老年早期胃癌患者的12个病灶根据情况行内镜下黏膜剥脱、激光治疗、电灼、氩气刀治疗、局部化疗等综合治疗，并随访观察，评估治疗 效果。结果对10例患者进行了13～179个月的随访，治愈4例5个病灶，治疗有效6例，除1例患者死于其他疾病外，其余9人至今仍然生存，最长已生存179个月。结论 对不能或不愿手术的老年早期胃癌患者采取内镜下综合治疗是可选择的有效治疗手段。

Clinical analysis of endoscopic therapy in elderly patients with early gastric cancer

Objective Analyze the therapeutic effect clinically in elderly patients with early gastric cancer. Methods Endoscopic therapy was performed in 10 patients who were diagnosed gastric cancer in early stage . The procedure included endoscopic mucosal resection , laser therapy , injection of chemical drugs , electric cautery and argon therapy . Therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results 10 patients were followed for 13~179 months.5 focal lesions in 4 patients were cured.One patient died of other disease and other patients were still survived.Conclusions Endoscopic therapy was a effective method in elderly patients with early gastric cancer.
