| 摘 要： | 目的 了解不同学历层次护生临床实习阶段内心满意度,以更好地指导临床实习.方法采用问卷调查法对120名实习护生的心理满意度进行调查.结果中专护生和本科护生得分偏高,大专护生得分偏低.结论实习护生内心满意度与学历及环境是否熟悉无关. |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the satisfactory rate of nursing students in practice stage in order to guide clinical practice. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey the psychology satisfactory rate of practiced nursing students. Results The scores of the technical secondary nursing students and undergraduate nursing students were high, junior college nursing students scores was low. Conclusions In practiced nursing students, there is no correlation among psychology satisfactory rate and their education background and whether in familiar environment . |
