乙肝血清学标志物HBeAg与HBeAb共存模式分析

目的了解乙肝血清学标志物（HBV-M）检测中乙肝病毒e抗原与抗体（HBeAg与HBeAb）同时阳性的特征。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定3118例各类乙型肝炎患者的HBV-M,对其中HBeAg与HBeAb同时阳性的样本进行双孔复检,如仍然为双阳性则采用中和实验验证。结果 3118例样本初检时检出HBeAg与HBeAb双阳性53例,经双孔复检仅剩31例显现双阳性,中和实验后确认双阳性样本19例。结论乙肝患者的血清当中HBeAg与HBeAb共存的模式客观存在,但必须慎重分析与复检。

Analysis on coexistence of HBeAg and HBeAb in serum HBV markers

Objective To study characteristics of coexistence of HBeAg and HBeAb in serum HBV markers.Methods By adopting ELISA immunity analysis technique,HBV markers were measured in 3118 sufferers with HBV,the positive samples of HBeAg and HBeAb were rechecked at the same time.If they were still positive,moderating experiment for verification was adopted.Results In 53 of 3 118 samples with positive results of HBeAg and HBeAb at previous examination,31 samples were still both positive after re-check examination.Nineteen samples of them were confirmed to be double positive by neutralization test.Conclusion HBeAg and HBeAb can really be coexisted in serum samples of hepatitis B sufferers,but careful analysis with re-check should be done.
