| 摘 要： | 在辩证用药基础上，重用涤痰祛瘀剂治疗混翕生中风２０例，结果基本痊愈１３例，显效３例，有效３例，无效１例，总有效率为９５％认为痰瘀阻滞脑脉是混合性中风的重要病理基础，痰瘀交结是混合性中风急性期的主要矛盾之一，痰阏同治乃是混合性中风生期的重要法则。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the treatment in accordance with syndrome differentiation, 20 cases of mixed apoplexy were treated by herbal decoction with phlegm and blood-stasis removing effect. The results showed that 13 cases were essentially cured, 3 cases markedly effective, 3 cases effective and 1 case ineffective. It is considered that blockage of cerebral vessels by phlegm and blood-stasis is the important pathological basis of mixed apoplexy, and interaction between phlegm and blood-stasis is the chief pathogenesis in the acute stage of the disease. So, dealing with phlegm and blood-stasis simultaneously is an important therapeutic principle for the acute stage of mixed apoplexy. |
