摘    要:目的对比分析单纯穿孔缝合修补术与胃大部分切除术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床疗效差异。方法选取2008年4月至2010年9月来我院就诊治疗的60例胃十二指肠溃疡患者,随机分为2组,对照组30例患者行胃大部分切除术;观察组30例患者行单纯穿孔缝合修补术。比较两组患者的手术时间,术中出血量,住院时间及复发率差异。结果观察组患者在手术时间,术中出血量,住院时间及复发率等方面均明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论单纯缝合修补术和胃大部分切除术对胃十二指溃疡穿孔患者均有较好疗效,但单纯缝合修补术手术时间短,术中出血量少,病情复发率低,适合广泛应用于临床。

Abstract:Objective To compare tile difference in efficacy of simple suture repair and partial gastrectomy in treating gastric ulcer perforation. Methods From April 2008 to September 2010, 60 cases of gastric ulcer patients were chosen in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients of the control group were treated with partial gastrectomy and 30 patients of observation group were treated with simple suture repair. Two groups of patients were compared with surgical time, blood loss, time of hospital stay time and recurrence rate differences. Results The patients of observation group in the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay time and recurrence rate were significantly better than control group patients (P〈0.05). Conclusion The simple suture repair and partial gastrectomy in treating gastric ulcer perforation patients had a good effect, but the simple suture repair surgery time is shorter, less blood loss, the relapse rate is also lower, more suitable for a wide range of application in clinical.
