| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者应用阿托伐他汀的有效性和安全性。方法:86例UA患者采用随机分成常规对照组和阿托伐他汀治疗组,12周后观察疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组LDL-C、C反应蛋白、心血管事件的发生率比较差异降低(P0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀能明显改善UA患者心绞痛症状,降低心血管事件的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of atovastatin in treating the patients with unstable angina（UA）.Methods：86 patients with UA were enrolled to the study and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated regularly,and the treatment group was given atovastatin as well as regular treatment.Results： After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with control groups,there were significant decrease in LDL-C,CRP levels and the frequency of cardiovascular evens in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion The atovastatin may play an important role in the management with UA and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events. |
