穿透性胸部创伤的抢救与急症手术治疗：附241例分析

本文报告２４１例穿透性胸部创作。作者认为：急症剖胸手术指征明确，就应抓紧时间、尽早手术治疗，这是手术抢救成功的关键。对于心脏刀刺伤病人，入院时可直接送入手术室抢救，即使是濒于死亡的病人，也应该积极治疗。本组胸腹联合系刀刺伤所致，如果有急症剖胸手术指征，可采用下胸部肋间切口进胸，即可处理胸内出血或脏器损，又可切开膈肌处理腹腔内脏器的创伤。

THE CRITICAL CARE AND EMERGENT SURGERY OF PATIENTS WITH PENETRATING CHEST INJURIES

This article has reported 241 patients with penetrating chest injuries. We conclude, that the success of operating on those patients with indications of thoracotomy is depend on emergent and ur gent surgery. The patients admitted with stab cardiac trauma should be carried directly to operation room. All patients we reported with abdominal-thoracic trauma were stabbed For those patients, the lower thoracic approach is better, because it can be used to treat not only the thoracic trauma but also the abdominal trauma.
