摘    要:目的 为中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)基地的持续改进提供参考.方法 介绍了天士力丹参基地通过近10年的持续改进,基本实现了品种良种化、种植机械化、操作标准化、质控系统化、加工自动化、记录追溯化、管理信息化的经验.结果与结论 丹参基地严格按照中药材GAP的要求进行规范化生产以后,可以保证产品质量“安全、有效、稳定、可控”.但要达到其优质、高产、高效、可追溯之目标,实现机械化操作、自动化加工、清洁化生产、精准化管理,则需要不断深化丹参生产、加工的科学研究,如良种选育、机械开发、模式完善、精准研究、追溯系统的建立、基础研究的深化等.

Abstract:Objective To provide reference for the continuous improvement of GAP base.Methods Introduced the experience that basically achieved the purpose:improved variety,planting mechanization,operation quality standardization,quality control systematic,processing automation,records of trace and management informationization through nearly 10 years of continuous improvement in TSLY Co,Ltd Salvia miltiorrhiza base.Results and conclusion The standardized production in Salvia miltiorrhiza base is in strict accordance with the GAP requirements,which can ensure the product quality "safe,effective,stable and controllable".But to achieve its fine quality,high yield,high efficiency,the traceability target,to realize mechanization of operation,automatic processing,clean production and precise management,scientific research work of the salvia miltiorrhiza production and processing need to be deepened continuously,such as breeding,machinery development,mode improve,accurate research,the establishment of traceability system and the deepening of basic research,etc.
