肌钙蛋白I对早期诊断急性心肌梗死的价值

目的 :探讨肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)的早期诊断价值。方法 :测定患者入院 4h内的血清cTnI浓度和肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)及其同工酶 (CK MB)的活性 ,并统计出这三者的阳性率和被确诊为AMI的人数 ,然后比较这三者的敏感性和特异性。结果 :cTnI的敏感性、特异性 (95 .3% ,10 0 % )明显高于CK MB(6 5 .1% ,93.7% )和CK(6 9.8% ,72 .9% ) ,结果有明显的差异。结论 :在诊断AMI时 ,cTnI具有简便快速 ,出现时间早 ,灵敏度和特异性高 ,诊断窗口时间长等优点 ,对AMI的早期诊断具有很好的价值

Value of Cardiac Tropnin I (cTnI) in Early Diagnose Acute myocardial Infarction

Objective To evaluate the value of cTnI in early diagnose acute myocardial infarction. Methods The serum cTnI,CK-MB and CK activity were measured in 91 patients in four hours of coming into the hospital.meanwhile,Count the positive rate of cTnI,CK-MB,CK ang AMI sufferers having been diagnosed. Then, To compare their sensitivity and distinguishability. Results Sensitivity(95.3 %) and distinguishability(100 %) of cTnI are clear higher than CK-MB(65.1 %,93.7 %) and CK(69.8 %,72.9 %), there are remarkable difference for the results. Conclusions cTnI have the better value in early diagnosing AMI. Such as convenient and high-speed, early produce, higher sensitivity and distinguishability and longer diagnosis time window.
