| 摘 要： | 子宫腔内和输卵管病变是导致女性不孕的两个主要原因，传统经腹和经阴道超声在其诊断上无明显优势。经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影术（HyCoSy），结合经阴道超声检查（TVS）和超声造影的优势，被认为可安全、快捷、简单、准确地检出子宫、输卵管和卵巢等导致不孕的盆腔病变。本文将阐述HyCoSy在子宫输卵管源性不孕症诊断中的研究应用进展。 |

| Abstract: | Transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） and tranvaginal ultrasound （TVS） have no obvious advantage in diagnosis of intrauterine and fallopian tubes disease, which are major causes of female infertility. Hysterosalpingo - contrast sonography （HyCoSy）, which has been thought to combine the advantage of TVS and contrast sonography, could be a safe, quick, easy and accurate method in detection of female infertility caused by uterus, uterine tube and ovary diseases in pelvic cavity. This article reviews the application advance of HyCoSy in diagnosis of female infertility. |
