认知行为疗法对惊恐障碍的辅助治疗作用

目的：观察文拉法辛缓释剂联合认知行为疗法对惊恐障碍的治疗效果。方法：60例惊恐障碍患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组给予文拉法辛缓释剂联合认知行为治疗,对照组只给予文拉法辛缓释剂治疗。观察12周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、临床疗效总评量表-病情严重度（CGI-SI）在治疗前及治疗2、4、8和12周时评定疗效;以治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定药物的不良反应。结果：两组治疗后HAMA及CGI-SI评分较治疗前均显著降低（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,以研究组较对照组更为显著（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。两组不良反应少而轻微。结论：文拉法辛缓释剂联合认知行为疗法治疗惊恐障碍效果优于单纯药物治疗。

The additive effect of cognitive behavior therapy in the treatment of panic disorder

Objective：To study the effect of venlafaxine sustained-release tablets plus cognitive behavior therapy in treatment of panic disorder. Method：60 patients with panic disorder were assigned to either study group who received venlafaxine sustained-release tablets treatment plus cognitive behavior therapy or control group who only received venlafaxine sustained-release tablets treatment for 12 weeks.The clinical effect and side effect were assessed with Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA）,clinical global impression severity of illness scale （CGI-SI） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） at baseline,week 2,4,8 and 12. Results：Compared with control group,study group showed more HAMA and CGI-SI score decrease （P0.05 or P0.01）,although both group had HAMA and CGI-SI score decrease after treatment （P0.05 or P0.01）.The side effects of two groups were fewer and lighter. Conclusion：Venlafaxine sustained-release tablets plus cognitive behavior therapy may be better than venlafaxine sustained-release tablets in treatment of panic disorder.
