纳络酮对大鼠脑创伤后海马及血浆内内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽含量改变的影响

摘    要:用放射免疫测定法测定脑创伤大鼠血浆及海马匀浆中内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽含量,观察纳络酮对内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平及海马神经元坏死的影响.结果,脑创伤后血浆及海马中内皮素含量明显升高,降钙素基因相关肽含量明显下降,海马坏死神经元计数增加;经纳络酮治疗后血浆和海马内内皮素含量较创伤组明显下降,降钙素基因相关肽含量明显升高,海马神经元计数减少.认为脑创伤后海马缺血、神经元坏死与内皮素含量升高,降钙素基因相关肽含量下降有关;纳络酮可通过降低内皮素,提高降钙素基因相关肽水平而发挥对海马神经元的保护作用

Effects of naloxone on levels of endothelin l and calcitonin gene related peptide in the plasma and hippocampus of rats with brain trauma
Abstract:The levels of endothelin l(ET l)and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)in the plasma and hippocampus of rats with brain trauma were determined by radioimmunoassay in order to observe the effects of naloxone on levels of ET l and CGRP, and neuronal necrosis of hippocampus .The results show that levels of ET 1 in the plasma and hippocampus of rats with brain trauma and count of death of hippocampal neuron after brain trauma increase significantly,but the levels of CGRP in the plasma and hippocampus decease markedly.The levels of ET 1 in the plasma and hippocampus and death of hippocampal neuron of rats decease markedly after the threapy of naloxone,but levels of CGRP in the plasma and hippocampus incease singificantly.These data suggest that the lessening of CGRP and increasing of ET 1 may be some important factors causing death of hippocampal neuron after brain trauma ,and naloxone can protect hippocampal neuron by increasing levels of CGRP and deceasing levels of ET 1.
