风险管理理论在供应室管理中的应用

目的探讨风险管理理论在消毒供应室管理工作中的作用。方法通过识别、评估可能存在的／潜在的可引发风险的因素；运用风险管理进行预防和控制，通过加强学习，提高认识；制定和完善各项规章制度；采用随时督导检查、不定期抽查、跟班、定期通报等方法，检查落实情况，并将成绩纳入量化考核。结果通过应用风险管理，强化了护士的风险意识，提高了护士的责任心厦质量意识，减少了护理缺陷的发生。结论有效地降低了风险系数，为临床提供高质量的消毒灭菌物品。

The application of risk management in the practice of sterilized supply department

Objective To investigate the role of risk management in the practice of sterilization supple department. Methods To identify and evaluate the latent risk factor, and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling through risk management; To improve the recognition by strengthening study, to establish and perfect the regulations and system; Irregular spot--checking, attendance, timely aviso, supervise and examine at any moment were adopted to inspect the degree of fulfillment and bring the result into quantitations assessment. Results Through the applications of risk management,the risk and quality cognition and the responsibility of the nurses were strengthened,the rate of the nurse default were reduced. Conclusions The most high quality sterilized goods were offered to our clinical practice due to the decreasing of risk quality.
