NICU住院患儿初乳收集率影响因素及对策研究

目的:探讨新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)患儿初乳收集率的影响因素及其干预措施。方法:选取我院NICU住院患儿为研究对象,通过初乳收集率的现况调查及对初乳收集率影响因素的干预,比较干预前后NICU初乳收集率的变化。结果:NICU住院患儿日初乳收集率由40.2%上升至64.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对初乳收集率影响因素的干预,规范了初乳收集流程;通过母乳喂养知识的多途径宣教,同时也提示家属对初乳的重视程度可能对住院患儿母乳喂养率有积极促进作用。

Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Colostrum Collection Rate in Hospitalized NICU Children and Analysis of Intervention

Objective]To explore the influencing factors and intervention measures of colostrum collection rate in hospitalized children with NICU.Method]In this study,childen hospitalized with NICU in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the changes of the colostrum collection rate before and after intervention were compared through a survey of the status of colostrum collection rate and the intervention of influencing factors on the rate of colostrums collection.Result]Through the intervention of the influencing factors of colostrum collection rate,the colostrum collection rate increased from 40.2% to 64.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion]Through the intervention of influencing factors of colostrum collection rate,the process of colostrum collection was standardized.The multi-channel education on breast-feeding knowledge was conducted.It also suggests that it has a positive effect on the improvement of breast-feeding rate of hospitalized children.
