| 摘 要： | 目的 建立感冒消炎片的含量测定方法.方法 色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸0.1%(25∶75),检测波长323nm,流速1ml.min-1.结果 在此色谱条件下,咖啡酸在0.072～1.44μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线为Y=1287.436X-23.697,R2=0.9997.结论 本方法可有效控制感冒消炎片的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of caffeic acid in Ganmaoxiaoyan tablet.Methods A ODS-3 C18 column was used.The mobile phase was methol-phosphoric acid(25:75)with the flow rate 1.0ml.min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 323 nm.Results The linear regression equation of caffeic acid was Y=1287.436 X-23.697,R2=(0.9997) within the range of0.072～1.44μg.Conclusion This method was successfully used for quantitation of Ganmaoxiaoyan tablet. |
