X线模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的诊断价值

目的评价X线模拟定位机下经皮肺穿刺活检术的诊断价值。方法 60例肺部占位患者,行CT检查考虑为肺癌或不能除外肺部恶性肿瘤的患者;通过CT片,测量肿块中心距皮肤表面距离、角度,在模拟机引导下使用活检枪进行活检术。结果诊断鳞癌19例,腺癌30例,小细胞未分化癌5例,类癌1例,炎性病变3例,坏死组织细胞2例。本组患者并发症少,发生气胸6例,发生率为10%,咯血4例,发生率6.7%,结论模拟定位机引导下经皮肺穿刺肺部肿块活检术是一种简便、可靠、经济的诊断方法 。

The diagnosis value of lung percutaneous biopsy under X ray simulator

Objective To evaluation the diagnosisvalue of lung percutaneousbiopsy under X ray simulator. Methods 60 pulmonary placeholder patients,consided about the lung cancer or can not be Except for lung malignant tumor patients by CT examination; measured the distance and angle from the tumor center to skin surface through CT slices,and completing biopsy under the guidance of simulator. Results 19 cases squamous cell carcinoma,30 cases of adenocarcinoma,5 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma,1 case of carcinoid tumor,3 cases of inflammatory lesions and 2 cases of necrotic tissue were diagnosised. Few patients with complications in this experiment,except for 6 cases pneumothorax,the rate was 10% ,and 4 cases hemoptysis, the rate was 6. 7% . Conclusion The pulmonary masses percutaneous biopsy under the guidance of simulator is a simple,reliable and economical diagnostic method.
