| 摘 要： | [研究背景 ]随着新药的应用 ,药疹的发病率有增加的趋势 .[病例报告 ]1995年 1月至 1999年4月间我院收治的确定诊断为药疹的患者 142例 ,其中有明确的药物过敏史者 38例 ,最常见的致敏药物为抗生素类 ,其次为解热镇痛类药物 .[讨论 ]合理应用抗生素 ,了解药物的不良反应 ,及时发现各种药物反应引起的皮疹是预防和治疗药疹的关键 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND The morbidity of drug eruption had the tendency to increase in pace with the production of new medicine. CASE REPORT From January, 1995 to April, 1999, 142 cases of drug eruption patients were treated, in which 38 cases had the exact medical history of drug allergy. The most common allergenic medicines were antibiotics and antipyretic analgesics.DISCUSSION The crux of the preuention and treatment of drug eruption is making rational use of antibiotics, understanding the unhealthy drug reaction, dis covering the eruption timely caused by the various drug reaction. |
