摘    要:在C1 8 柱上 ,以乙腈 - 0 0 2mol L磷酸二氢钾水溶液 (pH 2 5) (40∶60 )为流动相 ,用高效液相色谱法测定了消毒剂中的醋酸洗必泰。结果表明 ,当醋酸洗必泰的含量小于 1 0 0g L时 ,吸光度符合比尔定律 ,检测下限为 8mg L ,不同浓度标准溶液的精密度小于 4 0 % ,加标回收率在 99 8%~ 1 1 5 2 %之间。与其它液相色谱法相比 ,该法具有线性范围宽、灵敏度高、分析速度快、流动相简单等特点 ,而与高氯酸滴定法及紫外分光光度法相比 ,该法的干扰小 ,能测定复方制剂中的醋酸洗必泰

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was described for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in disinfectant on a C18 column using acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH2.5) (40:60) as mobile phase. The regression equation was linear when the chlorhexidine acetate concentration was lower than 1.00 g/L. The detection limit was 8 mg/L. The precision was less than 4.0% and the recovery varied from 99.8% to 115.2%. The method was more sensitive, rapid and simple than other HPLC methods, and the characteristic of low disturbance makes it especially important for the assay of chlorhexidine acetate in compound disinfectant comparing with titrimetry and UV spectrophotometry.
