密云地区冠心病患者家庭照顾者二级预防知识的知晓现状研究

目的：了解密云地区冠心病家庭照顾者二级预防知识的知晓情况及相关影响因素。方法：采用方便抽样法选取73对冠心痛患者及其居家主要照顾者。使用问卷法进行资料的收集，调查冠心病患者主要家庭照顾者的二级预防知识。结果：冠心痛家庭照顾者二级预防知识的得分与冠心痛患者的二级预防知识和行为的得分呈正相关；照顾者的日常保健知识知晓率高，而治疗性疾病知识的知晓率低，文化程度低、居住于山区的照顾者其二级预防知识的得分低。照顾者的知识得分与照顾者年龄，性别，患者对家庭照顾者的依赖度，与患者的关系和照顾时间和家庭观念的强弱无关联。结论：应加强冠心病患者家庭照顾者二级预防知识的宣教，充分发挥家庭、照顾者的作用，在提高冠心病患者二级预防知识和行为的同时也要提高家庭照顾者的相关知识水平，从而促进冠心病患者的二级预防效果。

Investigation on the Secondary Prevention Knowledge to Patients with CHD and Caregivers in Miyun Area

Objective： To study the status of the secondary prevention knowledge and relative factors. Method： Selecting 73 pairs of CHD and caregivers. Collecting the data by questionnaire. Surveying the sec ondary prevention knowledge of cases with CHD and their caregivers. Result： The score of the caregivers for CHD＇patients were positive correlation with patients of CHD. The higher daily health knowledge the lower treatment knowledge. The score of the secondary prevention knowledge is low in the earegivers lived in rural area with low educational level. The knowledge seore of earegiver is not related with age, sex, patient dependence level to earegiver, relationship with patient, care time and home concept. Conclusion： Health education needs to be given to the caregivers with CHD＇ secondary prevention knowledge. Promote the secondary prevention knowledge and behavior of patient with CHD as well the earegiver. Enhance the preventive effective.
