剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠临床特点分析

目的：探讨剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠的原因、临床特点和治疗方法，总结其临床价值。方法：选取2004年5月至2012年5月23例剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠患者进行回顾性分析。结果：单纯运用甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠13例，另外有3例结合清宫治疗，2例选择子宫动脉栓塞术治疗，2例行病灶子宫清除修补术，3例行子宫切除术，以上患者均全部治愈。除了药物治疗的13例中有2例出现肝功能损害，停药后缓解。余均无明显的并发症。结论：对剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠患者采用药物杀胚、清宫，有生命危险则切除子宫处理等治疗措施疗效满意。

Analysis on Clinical Characteristics of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the reasons, clinical characteristics and treatment method of cesarean scar pregnancy, and summarize the clinical value. Method： The clinical data of 23 patients with cesarean sear pregnancy in our hospital from May 2004 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Result： Applying methotrexate and mifepristone to treat 13 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy. And 3 patients were given the treatment combined with complete curettage of uterine eavity. 2 eases were treated with uterine artery em bolization. 2 patients received repair of lesions uterine clearance. 3 cases were given hystereetomy. The pa tients above all cured.
