医院空气消毒质量与呼吸道感染监测报告

为了解医院室内空气消毒质量与呼吸道医源性感染的情况,用资料调查和空气采样检测方法对医院空气消毒效果进行了监测。结果,该医院全年住院病人6031例,发生呼吸道感染病人209例,上呼吸道感染构成比为10.7%,下呼吸道感染构成比为45.19%;上呼吸道感染主要致病菌是鲍曼不动杆菌,占66.67%;白色念珠菌,占33.33%。临床感染病人咽拭子采样标本和痰标本检出大量致病菌或条件致病菌,咽拭采样致病菌检出率高于痰液。该医院室内空气消毒质量经两次重复检测全部达到卫生合格要求。紫外线灯辐射强度和使用中化学消毒剂全部符合卫生标准。结论,该医院住院病人呼吸道感染发生率比较高,空气消毒质量检测合格,可能存在其他潜在感染因素。

REPORT ON MONITORING OF AIR DISINFECTION QUALITY AND RESPIRATORY INFECTION IN HOSPITAL

In order to know the situation of disinfection quality of indoor air and iatrogenic infection of respiratory tract in the hospital,data investigation and air sampling examination method were used to monitor the air disinfection efficacy in hospital.Results: There were 6031 inpatients in the hospital in the whole year and 209 cases of respiratory infection occurred. Of them,10.7% were upper respiratory infections and 45.19% were lower respiratory infections.The main pathogens of upper respiratory infections were Acinetobacter calcoaceticus Baumann,accounting for 66.67% and Candida albicans, accounting for 33.33%.Large amount of pathogens or opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms were detected in throat swab samples and sputum samples of clinically infected patients and the detection rate of the throat swab samples was higher than that of sputum samples.The disinfection quality of the indoor air in the hospital examined twice fulfilled the sanitary eligible requirements.Both ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity and the chemical disinfectants in use conformed to the sanitary standard.Conclusions: The incidence of respiratory infections in the inpatients of this hospital was high and the air disinfection quality was up to standard,so it is possible that other potential infection factors may be present.
