| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对住院精神病患者焦虑症状的调适效果.方法：将48例SAS标准分≥50分的住院精神病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各24例,对照组只进行常规药物治疗和精神科基础护理;干预组在此基础上进行以音乐治疗为主的系统护理干预.护理干预6周后比较两组效果.结果：干预组的焦虑症状明显好转,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义（t=-5.273,P〈0.01）.结论：以音乐治疗为主的系统护理干预可有效缓解住院精神病患者的焦虑情绪.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the adjustment effect of nursing intervention onanxiety in mental patients. Methods：48 cases of SAS standard score ≥ 50 mental patients were randomly divided into study group and control group（24 cases in each group） ,the control group only received conventional drug therapy and routine nursing care,on this basis,the study group were given nursing intervention. Results：6 weeks after nursing intervention, symptoms of anxiety in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （t = -5. 273, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Systemic nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety of hospitalized mental patients, are conducive to the rehabilitation of patients. |
