内皮抑素和血管内皮生长因子在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义

【目的】探讨内皮抑素（Endostatin）和血管内皮生成因子（VEGF）在晚期原发性肝癌组织和正常肝脏组织中的表达及其意义。【方法】采用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测65例晚期原发性肝癌（36例肿瘤直径〉5cm，16例肿瘤直径2～5cm，13例肿瘤直径〈2cm；28例发现肝内转移，37例未发现肝内转移）和30例正常肝脏组织（对照组）中Endostatin和VEGF抗体的表达水平，并采用秩和检验和Χ^2检验方法分析结果差异性。【结果】各肿瘤组随肿瘤直径的增大，Endostatin和VEGF表达水平均出现递增的趋势。肝内转移组Endostatin和VEGF表达水平强于无肝内转移（P〈0．05）。【结论】VEGF有促进肝癌生长和侵袭转移作用，VEGF／En—dostatin随着肿瘤生长和转移而逐渐增大。

Expressions and significance of endostatin and VEGF in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

[Objective] To explore the expressions and significance of endostatin and VEGF in the advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma. [Methods] Endostatin and VEGF expressions were detected by immunohistochemcil staining in 2 kind of hepatic tissue sections（one derived from advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients; the other kind derived from normal men）. The advanced hepatocellular carcinoma group include 65 patients （36 patients＇ tumor diameter were above 5 cm, 16 patients＇ tumor diameter were from 2cm to 5cm, 13 patients＇ tumor diameter were below 2cm; 28 patients with metastasis in liver and 37 patients have no metastasis in liver）. The control group include 30 normal liver tissue. And the staining results were analyzed by rank test and Χ^2 test. [Results] As the diameter of tumor increased, the expressions of endostatin and VEGF had a tendency to progress. While the expressions of endostatin and VEGF in hepatic carcinomas with metastasis in liver group were more than that with no metastasis in liver group（ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusions] VEGF can promote growth, invasion and metastasis of the hepatic carcinoma. As the carcinoma growth and metastasize, the VEGF/endostatin become increasing gradually.
