摘    要:目的探讨急性脑血管病患者并发应激性溃疡的临床特点及预防。方法以患者性别、年龄、高血压病史、脑卒中病史、发病时意识障碍状况、急性脑血管病类型为自变量,应激性溃疡出血为因变量,赋值后采用非条件Logistic回归分析,在0.05检验水准下,获取自变量中影响因变量的危险因素。结果患者发病时意识障碍状况、年龄、脑血管病类型与应激性溃疡出血差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);性别、既往高血压病史、脑卒中病史与应激性溃疡之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论脑出血患者、发病时有意识障碍者、随着年龄的增长,并发应激性溃疡出血的危险性增力口。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical features and prevention measures for acute cerebrovascular diseases patients complicated with stress ulcer bleeding. Methods The sex, age, history of hypertension, stroke history, state of consciousness at onset, type of acute cerebrovascular disease were as independent variables, and stress ulcer bleeding was as the dependent variable. After the use of non-assignment conditions, Logistic regression analysis,in 0.05 test level, was used to access the risk factors from the independent variables. Results The state of consciousness,age,type of cerebrovascular disease and stress ulcer bleeding had a statistical significance( P 〈 0.001 ) ,while the other factors showed no significant differences( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The incidence of consciousness disturbance in old patients with cerebral hemorrhage is high, and the risk of stress ulcer bleeding should increase with the ages.
