2009年清远市不同地区吸毒人群艾滋病高危行为分析

目的了解清远市不同地区吸毒人群艾滋病高危行为及感染状况,为制定综合干预方案提供科学依据。方法选取2009年1—12月清远市清城、英德和佛冈3家强制戒毒所内戒毒的866名吸毒者作为调查对象,采用统一调查表进行面对面的询问,并采集5ml静脉血作HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测。结果共调查吸毒者866人,该人群以青年男性、低文化程度为主;注射吸毒者中,33.45%的人近6个月曾与他人共用注射器吸毒,其比例最高的哨点戒毒所为清城（40.90%）,其次为英德（34.12%）和佛冈（24.58%）,3者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;26.10%（226/866）的吸毒者承认近1年有商业性行为,其每次使用安全套的比例为24.78（56/226）,其坚持使用安全套的比例最高哨点戒毒所是英德（37.66%）,其次为清城（21.11%）和佛冈（16.95%）,3者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;近1年,29.10%（205/866）的吸毒者曾接受过预防艾滋病服务和22.94%（131/571）的注射吸毒者接受过HIV检测,比例最高的哨点戒毒所均为清城,分别为40.90%和31.08%;艾滋病病毒（HIV）和梅毒的阳性率分别为2.56%（11/861）、2.79%（24/861）,其阳性率最高的哨点戒毒所分别为英德（6.64%）和佛冈（3.83%）。结论清远市不同地区吸毒人群促进艾滋病传播的高危行为普遍存在,接受艾滋病干预措施率不高,在吸毒人群中开展行之有效的综合干预措施非常必要。

Analysis of AIDS High-risk Behaviors among Drug Addicts in Different Areas of Qingyuan City in 2009

[Objective] To understand the situation of high-risk behaviors and prevalence of HIV infection among drug users and offer scientific evidence for further comprehensive prevention of AIDS among drug users.[Methods]Totally 866 drug addicts in 3 compulsory detoxification centers（Qingchen, Yingde and Fogang）of Qingyuan City were interviewed face to face by using the unified questionnaire in 2009, and 5 ml vein blood were collected for HIV and syphilis antibody detection.[Results]Of 866 drug addicts, most were young males with low educational level. Among injection drug addicts, 33.45% had shared syringes with others in 6 months, and the proportions in different compulsory detoxification centers were Qingchen （40.90%）, Yingde （34.12%） and Fogang （24.58%）, the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. And 26.10% （226/866） respondents experienced commercial sexual activities in nearly 1 year, the proportion of condom use every time 24.78%（56/226）, that in different compulsory detoxification centers were Yingde （37.66%）, Qingchen （21.11%） and Fogang （16.95%）, the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. In nearly 1 year, 29.10% （205/866） of drug addicts had had accepted HIV prevention services and 22.94% （131/571） of injection drug addicts had received HIV testing, the highest proportions of compulsory detoxification centers were also Qingchen （40.90%,31.08% , respectively） . The positive rates of HIV and syphilis antibody were 2.56 %（ 11/861） and 2.79%（24/861）, the highest proportions compulsory detoxification centers were Yingde （6.64%） and Fogang （3.83%）.[Conclusion]The high-risk behaviors, which promote the transmission of HIV, exist universally among drug addicts in different areas of Qingyuan city, and the proportion of receiving intervention measures is low, thus it is very necessary to implement integrated intervention measures among drug addicts
