当归及其炮制品多糖含量的测定

摘    要:
目的测定当归及其炮制品中的多糖含量。方法用硫酸-苯酚法测定当归及其炮制品中的水溶性糖、还原性糖的含量。结果酒炒当归中的上述糖类含量均高于生当归,而其它3种炮制品中的上述糖类含量均低于生当归。结论不同炮制方法对当归中的糖类含量有显著影响。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo determine the content of polysaccharides in Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its processed products.MethodsThe contents of water-soluble saccharides and reducing saccharides in Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its processed products were determined by phenol-H_2SO_4 method.ResultsThe contents of saccharides in the alcohol-boiled product are higher than those in the crude drug,but the other three products are lower than those in the crude drug.ConclusionDifferent processing methods have significant effects on the saccharides.
