微创刨吸术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效观察

目的观察微创刨吸术(TriVex手术)治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的效果.方法采用TriVex手术系统对121例大隐静脉曲张患者进行微创手术治疗(微创组),并与70例行传统的大隐静脉高位结扎加分段剥脱术患者(对照组)进行比较,观察其在手术时间、切口数量、切口长度、皮下血肿发生率、术后住院日及术后疼痛程度(VAS评分)的差异.结果微创组患者的手术时间、术后住院日分别为20.8 min及5.1d,明显低于对照组的41.2 min及9.5 d(P＜0.05).切口数量由对照组的5.2个减少为3.2个(P＜0.05),切口长度由对照组的31.2 mm缩短为3.6 mm(P＜0.01);皮下血肿发生率由对照组的38%降为微创组的24%(P＜0.05);术后疼痛程度明显减轻,VAS评分相差明显(P＜0.05).结论微创刨吸术近期疗效满意,是治疗大隐静脉曲张的理想术式.

Therapeutic comparison of TriVex and conventional surgery for great saphenous varicose vein

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of TriVex surgery (Transilluminated Powered Phlebectomy) and the conventional surgery on the great saphenous varicose vein. Methods A total of 121 patients of great saphenous varicose vein were treated with TriVex and 70 patients were employed to conventional surgery. The operation time, number of incision, length of incision, average hospital stay and pain score (VAS) were recorded and compared. Results The TriVex group had a shorter operation time (20.8 min) and average hospital stay (5.1 d), fewer incisions (3.2), shorter cuts (3.6 mm), lower rate of subcutaneous hematoma (24%) and less postoperative pain, as compared with that of conventional surgery group. Conclusion TriVex is a safe and effective surgery for great saphenous varicose vein with cosmetic and minimally invasive advantages.
