儿科护士临床护理规范化培训的实践

目的：建立儿科临床护理规范化培训项目,培养合格的儿科护士,提高儿科护理质量和保证护理安全。方法：2005年7月,对志愿报名的108名护校新毕业生,经过理论和操作考试,选出48名护士参加儿科临床规范化培训,每3～6个月进行1次考核评估。对考核评估不合格者进行淘汰,总培训时间为1.5～2年。结果：46名培训生完成规范化培训的全部课程,考核合格获得重庆市卫生局《儿科临床护理规范化培训合格证书》,其中36名和10名培训生分别于2006年4月和2007年5月通过护士执业考试,另2名培训生在培训期间考评不合格被淘汰。结论：开展儿科临床护理规范化培训是从事儿科护理的特殊需要,有利于帮助护生到护士的顺利过渡,使护理用工制度符合现行法律规定,并对保持儿科护理队伍整体素质和保证护理质量起到十分重要的作用。

The practice of the standardized training for pediatric nurses

Objective: This paper aimed to develop a standardized training program for pediatric nurses so as to improve the quality of nursing and ensure nursing safety in the pediatric department.
