| 摘 要： | 目的为观察推拿结合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将139例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,分别采用推拿结合牵引治疗(治疗组,75例)和内服补阳还五汤治疗(对照组,64例);比较两组的临床疗效和症状积分。结果治疗组总有效率为97.3%,对照组为92.2%(P<0.05);治疗组颈性眩晕症状与功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of massage and traction in the treatment of cervical spondylitic arteriopathy,139 subjects were randomized into two groups: treamtnet group in which 75 cases were treated by massage and traction and control group in which 64 cases were treated by "Buyang Huanwu Decoction". The clinical efficacy and symptom score were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 97.3% in treatment group and 92.2% in control group,P < 0.05; the symptom and function improvement was more significant in treatment group and in control group,P < 0.01. |
