| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入万托林治疗中、重度支气管哮喘的疗效。方法对52例中、重度支气管哮喘患者用氧气驱动雾化吸入疗法进行治疗,对50例中、重度支气管哮喘患者用计算剂量吸入器(MDI)进行治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组病例呼吸困难、缺氧、哮鸣音消失均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对中、重度支气管哮喘患者应首先考虑使用氧气驱动雾化吸入疗法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of treating medium and heavy bronchial asthma by inhaling atomized ventolin with the oxygen-driven Method.Methods Make a comparison between the 52 samples treated with the oxygen-driven method to inhale atomized ventolin and the 50 samples treated with the traditional method of using the calculated inhaler(MDI).Results There are great difference between the 2 groups in the breathing difficulty,the vacancy of oxygen and the disappearing of the wheeze(P<0.05).Conclusion First consideration should be given to use the oxygen-driven method to inhale atomized ventolin when treating medium and heavy bronchial asthma. |
