妊娠合并梅毒对妊娠结局的影响

目的 研究妊娠合并梅毒对妊娠结局的影响。方法 对58例妊娠合并梅毒患者及同期分娩的正常产妇106例妊娠结局进行对照分析。结果 58例妊娠合并梅毒患者中，一期梅毒2例，二期显性梅毒3例，潜伏梅毒53例。其所分娩的新生儿有先天梅毒11例，占18．97％。梅毒组流产和死产发生率高于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；梅毒组早产和死胎发生率高于对照组，两组比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）；梅毒组先天梅毒发生率高于对照组，两组比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．001）；梅毒组新生儿平均分娩孕周、平均体重低于对照组，两组比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．001）。结论 妊娠期应及早进行血清学检测，妊娠合并梅毒会增加不良妊娠结局的发生。

The effects of syphilis during pregnancy on pregnant outcomes

Objective To study the effects of syphilis during pregnancy on pregnant outcomes. Methods The pregnant outcomes of 58 patients with syphilis during pregnancy and those of 106 pregnant women in the same time, were compared and analyzed. Results In those 58 patients with syphilis during pregnancy, 2 cases were in the first phase, 3 cases in the second phase, and 53 cases in the latent phase. 11 cases of inborn syphilis accounted for 18.97% in their laboring neonates. The incidences of abortion and dead birth in the syphilis group were higher than those in the contrast group, the differences had significant meanings(P<0.05). The incidences of premature birth and dead embryoe in the syphilis group were higher than those in the contrast group, the differences had much significant meanings(P<0.001). The average pregnant weeks to labor and the average weighth in the syphilis group were lower than those in the contrast group, the differences had much significant meanings(P<0.001). Conclusions The serum test should be made in the pregnant period, and the pregnant outcomes should inhanced if women with syphilis during pregnancy.
