血府逐瘀胶囊对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效观察

目的观察血府逐瘀胶囊对冠状动脉性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取大兴区人民医院心内科2009年1月至2011年6月收治冠心病心绞痛150例患者,按照随机数字表法分为联合中药组和西药组,每组各75例,两组均给予常规西药治疗,联合中药组额外口服血府逐瘀胶囊,6粒/次,每日2次,疗程1个月。评价两组的心绞痛疗效和心电图评价,观察两组治疗前后的血脂和血液流变学指标改变情况。结果①心绞痛疗效:联合中药组的总有效率为89.0%,显著高于西药组的71.6%(P<0.05);②心电图评价:联合中药组总有效率为84.9%,西药组为67.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③血脂:治疗后两组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05);④血液流变学指标:治疗后两组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原较治疗前均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊可显著纠正冠心病心绞痛患者的血脂异常,改善血液流变学指标,促进血液循环,有利于提高临床疗效。

Effect of Xuefu-zhuyu Capsule on the Patients with Coronary Disease and Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the effect of xuefu-zhuyu capsule on the patients with coronary disease and angina peetoris. Methods A total of 150 cases from Department of Cardiology in Daxing District People＇s Hospital during Jan. 2009 and Jun. 2011 were randomly divided into joint group and western medicine group, and they were all treated with conventional western medicine, but the joint group were given xuefu-zhoyu capsule addi- tionally,6 capsules/time, twice daily for one month. The angina pectoris and ECC effects were evaluated, blood lipids and hemorheological parameters were observed. Results （1）Angina pectoris effects：the total effective rate was higher in joint group than that of western medicine group（89.0% vs 71.6% ,P 〈0.05 ）. （2）ECG effects：the total effective rate was higher in joint group than that of western medicine group （ 84.9 % vs 67.6%, P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） Blood lipids ： the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C all dropped significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the joint group changed more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （4）Hemorheological parameters： the levels of ＂qhigh, ＂qlow, Hct and Fib all dropped significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, but the joint group changed more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuefu- zhuyu capsule can obviously correct dyslipidemia,improve hemorheological parameters, promote the blood circula- tion and improve clinical curative effect in patients with coronary disease and angina pectoris.
