阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨阿替普酶治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及安全性,为急性心肌梗死的有效治疗提供依据。方法:选取绥德县医院2012年6月-2013年12月收治的86例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察纽,给予阿替普酶溶栓治疗;以同期发病条件基本相同的86例患者作为对照组,给予尿激酶溶栓治疗。对2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、冠状动脉再通率和并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者总有效率和冠状动脉再通率明显优于对照组,且治疗后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:阿替普酶治疗急性心肌梗死临床疗效确切,值得进一步推广使用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of aheplase for acute myocardial infarction so as to provide references for effective treatment of acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction hospitalized in Suide County Hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were included into the experimental group and treated with alteplase (thrombolytic therapy), another 86 patients with the same disease condition were assigned to control group receiving urokinase (thrombolytic therapy). The clinical efficacy, recanalization rate and complications in the two groups were analyzed comparatively. RESULTS: The total effective rate and the coronary recanalization rate in the experiment group was significantly higher while the incidence of complications after treatment was significantly lower than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSIONS: Alteplase has proved efficacy for acute myocardial infarction, hence it is worthy of clinical popularization.
