肠道病毒71型核酸检测在诊断手足口病中的意义

目的 评价肠道病毒71型(EV71)病毒核酸检测在诊断手足口病中的意义.方法 对132例临床诊断为手足口病的患儿和18例非手足口病的患儿同时采用实时荧光RT-PCR技术检测入院时粪便中EV71病毒核酸,分析实时荧光RT-PCR检测结果与临床诊断的相符性.结果 132例手足口病的患儿入院时粪便中检出EV71阳性者有85例,占64.39%;18例非手足口病患儿粪便中未检出EV71,分析显示两组差异有统计学意义(x2=26.75,P＜0.05).结论 引起手足口病的病原体主要为EV71,病毒核酸检测阳性者可确诊为手足口病,但核酸检测阴性者不能排除手足口病感染的可能,应密切结合临床症状进行诊断.

Significance of EV71 nucleic acid test in the diagnosis of hand-foot-and-moth disease

Objective To evaluate the meaning of EV71 viral nucleic acid test in diagnosis of hand-foot-andmouth disease(HFMD). Methods The feces of 132 HFMD patients and 18 non-HFMD patients were tested by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR on the EV71 viral nucleic acid, the consistent of real-time fluorescence RT-PCR results with the clinical diagnosis was analyzed. Results Of the feces in 132 HFMD cases, 85 were EV71 virus positive (64.39%); of the feces in 18 non-HFMD cases, none were EV71 virus positive, there was a statistical difference between the two groups ( x2 = 26.75, P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions The main pathogen of HFMD is EV71, HFMD can be diagnosed when the viral nucleic acid test is positive, but can't be eliminated when the nucleic acid test is negative, diagnosis should be combined with clinical symptoms.
