伊贝沙坦对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的探讨伊贝沙坦对原发性高血压(EH)患者血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法选择轻、中度EH患者50例作为治疗组,给予伊贝沙坦治疗6个月,用药前后分别行肱动脉血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)超声检测,并测定血浆血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)水平。同时取50例正常健康者作为对照组,并比较分析。结果治疗组治疗前FMD显著下降,vWF和PAI-1水平升高,t-PA水平下降(P<0.01);治疗后FMD显著改善(P<0.01),vWF和PAI-1水平下降(P<0.01),t-PA水平升高(P<0.01)。结论EH患者存在显著的血管内皮功能障碍,伊贝沙坦能改善EH患者的血管内皮功能。

Influence of Irbesartan on endothelial function of blood vessel in patients with hypertension

Objective It is to discuss the protection of Irbesartan on endothelial function of blood vessel in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Fifty patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were chosen as treatment group and treated with Irbesartan for six months.Before and after treatment,endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilation(FMD) of the brachial artery was examined with ultrasound,meanwhile the levels of plasma von Willebrand factor(vWF),tissue type plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) were measured.Another 50 health subjects were recruited as control group and compared.Results FMD significantly decreased vWF and PAI-1 increased,t-PA decreased in treatment group before treatment.After treatment,FMD was significantly improved(P<0.01),meanwhile vWF and PAI-1 decreased(P<0.01) and t-PA increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The patients of EH have remark able dysfunction of vascular endothelium and Irbesartan can improve it.
