骨苓通痹丸治疗地氟病临床研究

目的观察骨苓通痹丸治疗地氟病(痹病肝肾不足兼痰湿阻络证)疗效和临床作用机理.方法将223例地氟病患者随机分为两组.治疗组149例以骨苓通痹丸治疗,对照组74例以维生素钙疗法治疗,观察两组疗效及治疗前后骨、血、粪、尿氟和骨X线片光密度指数的变化.结果骨苓通痹丸治疗地氟病总有效率为94.6%,总显效率为56.4%(P＜0.01);两组治疗后骨、血、粪、尿氟及骨X线片光密度指数比较,P＜0.05或P＜0.01.结论骨苓通痹丸治疗地氟病疗效确切,其作用机理可能是该药有预防氟的吸收和驱氟的作用.

Clinical Study on Treating Local Fluorine Poisoning by Gulingtongbi Pill

Objective To investigate the curative effects and clinical mechanism of Gulingtongbi Pill on local fluorine poisoning (Bi syndrome, liver-kidney deficiency with phlem-dampness obstruction). Methods 223 patients of local fluorine poisoning were divided into two groups at random. 149 patients were treated by Gulingtongbi Pill, and 74 patients were vitamin-calcium therapy. The curative effects and variation of bone fluorine, blood fluorine, dung fluorine, urine fluorine, optical density index of bone X-ray films were investigated. Result As to Gulingtongbi Pill group, the total proportion of effectiveness was 94.6%, and the total proportion of producing effects was 56.4% (P<0.01). Bone fluorine, blood fluorine, dung fluorine, urine fluorine, optical density index of bone X-ray films of two groups before and after the treatment were compared, P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion The Gulingtongbi Pill has definite curative effects on local fluorine poisoning. The mechanism may be restrain absorption and accelerate excretion of fluorine.
