| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下处理孤立性蝶窦病变的方法及疗效。方法对收治的15 例孤立性蝶窦病变的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者均于鼻内镜下顺利完成手术，无1 例发生严重并发症，均一次性治愈，随访半年无复发。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗孤立性蝶窦疾病安全、直接、有效的方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | The clinical data of fifteen patients with isolated sphenoid sinus lesions treated by nasal endoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAll cases were cured without serious complications. None recurred during six months after the operations. ConclusionNasal endoscopic surgery is convenient, safe and effective for isolated sphenoid sinus lesions. |
