阻生牙拔除术患者的焦虑状况及影响因素调查

目的调查阻生牙患者的焦虑状况及影响因素，为护理干预提供科学依据。方法使用焦虑自评量表（sAs）和病人基本情况调查表，采用自填问卷调查方式对2011年到珠海市口腔医院就诊的阻生牙拔除术患者进行问卷调查，用SPSS统计分析焦虑率及影响因素。结果调查149例患者，阻生牙拔除术患者焦虑发生率为43％，患者秽阻生牙和拔牙知识的了解、预约时间的长短、担心疼痛、需要护士的心理辅导等因素比较，差异有统计学意义。结论对患著进行阻生牙和拔牙知识的介绍，护士电话随访次数，缩短预约时间等针对性措施干预可减少焦虑发生率。

Investigation on anxiety And the Affected Factors of Molar Extraction Patients

Abjective To investigate the anxiety situation and the affecting factors of molar extraction patients, provide evidents for interventing measures of nursing. Methods Self-anxiey scale（SAS）and patiens＇ basic information questionnaire were used to investigate the molar Extraction Patients. Analysis the rate and anxiety of the affecting factors. Results The rate of anxiety was 43%,the affecting factors included the knowledge on molar and the tooth extraction, The duration of appointed treatment,worring about pain, nursing need. Conclusions Measures of introducing knowledge of molar and the tooth extraction to patients＇ telephone follow-up tracing patient, shortening the duration of appointed treatment can reduce the rate of anxiety.
